Service writing should be one of the main areas of focus for staff training. Too often shops rely on their mechanic to diagnose issues with a customer’s bicycle. We can get your staff ready to check in your customer’s bicycles and write the service to suit their needs. These clinics result in satisfied customers and a more profitable service center.

 

This clinic can take place at your shop or our training facility. To ensure the quality of our training we keep this class size to 8 students or less.  Call us to discuss schedule and pricing.

 

Class schedule: 3-4 hours. Ideally could be combined with Bicycle Maintenance or Floor Fitting class for a full day of training.

Professional Bicycle Fitting

We cover the best practices of professionally fitting your customers to suit their needs and goals. Our instructors offer in depth access to decades of fitting expertise and experience. We’ve fit everyone from state and national road, mountain and cross champs to folks riding rail trails and greenways. We’ve helped these cyclists get the highest level of performance out of their bicycle while maintaining comfort and stability.

 

Covering road, time trial, Tri and mountain bike fittings. We’ll take you through diagnosing and solving issues related to pedal shoe interface, cleat placement, saddle sizing and adjustment, custom bicycle sizing, shoe fitting and insoles.

 

We’ll share the knowledge we’ve gained from hundreds of professional fittings. No “snake oil” just solid bicycle fitting techniques with the proven results to back them up.

 

This clinic takes place at our training facility. To ensure the quality of our training we keep this class size to 8 students or less.  Students are encouraged to bring their own bicycle but it’s not mandatory.

 

Class schedule: Two consecutive days. Cost for the course is $350.00 per person.

We’ll train your staff to provide the professional advice and expert floor fittings your customers deserve. The ability to properly floor fit customers speeds up the sales process and gives your customers confidence in their purchase, your staff and shop.

 

This class covers the best practices to confidently sell and floor fit beginner and intermediate cyclists on road, hybrid and mountain bikes.
